Company Description IETCL — Institute for Emerging Technology, Cyber & Law — is a professional learning and advisory institute focused on the intersection of technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data privacy, governance, and law. The institute supports professionals and organizations in building capabilities to navigate an increasingly complex digital setting.
Its work spans certification programs, boot camps, specialized learning, corporate training, executive education, assessments, and advisory services. We are looking for freelance Industry Trainers and Subject Matter Experts to design and/or deliver practical programs for professionals, organizations and corporate teams.
This is a freelance, programme-based opportunity and not a salaried full-time position.

What We're Looking For
We want industry practitioners who can teach — not simply trainers who can present slides.
Ideal candidates will have
- Strong hands-on or leadership experience in their area of expertise
- Demonstrable subject-matter knowledge and real-world industry exposure
- Ability to explain complex subjects clearly and practically
- Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in professional, corporate or certification training
- Relevant industry certifications and/or academic qualifications
- Ability to use real-world cases, scenarios, exercises and practical examples
- Confidence engaging with professionals at different levels of experience
Experience delivering corporate programmes or training senior professionals will be an advantage.

- Instructor-led professional programmes

Engagement Model
Trainers will initially join IETCL on a freelance / programme-based basis .
Engagements will be offered based on subject expertise, programme requirements, trainer availability and delivery format. Compensation will be agreed for each engagement.
Trainers who consistently demonstrate strong subject knowledge, delivery quality and participant feedback may be considered for recurring engagements and longer-term opportunities with IETCL as we grow.
