Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and drive cost efficiency in the Switchgear production unit. The role focuses on implementing lean practices, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Conduct time & motion studies and line balancing
- Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across production
- Optimize plant layout and workflow for better efficiency
- Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Support current product introduction (NPI) and process setup
