Role Overview
We are seeking a visually sharp, energetic In-House content creator to lead daily short-form video production on the salon floor. You will capture real-time client transformations, stylist expertise, raw BTS moments, and influencer visits, turning them into high-converting, high-retention reels.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Floor Capture: Shoot daily raw videos, before-and-after transformations, client consultations, and stylist routines.
- Video Editing: Edit aesthetic, fast-paced Reels with trending audio, text overlays, colour grading, and voiceovers.
- Content Management:
Organise and upload raw floor assets to cloud drives daily to keep our content calendar flowing.
- Trend Adaptation: Monitor viral short-form beauty trends and adapt them quickly to natural hair care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Video Portfolio Required: Proven experience shooting and editing short-form video (beauty, salon, or fashion preferred).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency with iPhone video shooting and mobile/desktop editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.).
- Aesthetic & Lighting: Robust eye for framing, angles, and displaying hair texture in the best light.
- On-Floor Energy: Comfortable interacting with stylists and clients on-camera in a dynamic salon environment.
- Location: Must be based in Mumbai.
