Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Import Executive with practical knowledge of China-to-India import procedures, international shipping, import documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and internal teams.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling the import process from supplier order confirmation to delivery at the company warehouse.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with practical experience in:

- China supplier handling
- China-to-India container imports
- Sea freight / LCL / FCL shipments
- Customs clearance
- CHA coordination
- Import costing
- Duty calculation
- Import documentation




- Supplier negotiation and shipment tracking

will be preferred.

Key Performance Areas (KPI)

- Timely shipment coordination
- Accurate import documentation
- Timely customs clearance
- Reduction of detention/demurrage costs
- Accurate import costing
- Supplier and freight-forwarder coordination
- Proper compliance and record maintenance
- On-time warehouse delivery

Additional Advantage Knowledge of DGFT, IEC, ICEGATE, Customs procedures, SAFTA/FTA documentation, COO, CHA processes and international trade documentation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
