Job Title: Senior Import-Export Manager – Operations & Supply Chain Customs & Documentation (Electronics/Renewables) Solar & BESS)

Client Overview: Leading manufacturer of Solar PV modules, Inverters, and Battery Energy Storage Systems.

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Compensation: 45k to 70k

Role Overview We require a highly operational Senior Import-Export Manager specializing in the Renewable Energy and Electronics sectors. You will coordinate the entire international trade lifecycle, ensuring our supply chain for specialized hazardous goods (Lithium-ion batteries) and solar hardware remains resilient and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

- Supply Chain Operations: Manage end-to-end import/export logistics for high-value solar hardware, power electronics, and BESS components. Coordinate globally with OEMs and suppliers.
- Vendor & Freight Management: Negotiate aggressive freight rates with shipping lines for heavy/oversized solar cargo.



Ensure comprehensive transit insurance coverage.
- Customs & CHA Coordination: Lead operations with Custom House Agents (CHAs) to prevent port bottlenecks. Maintain zero-delay clearance targets to meet rapid-paced project timelines.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure operations align with DG (Dangerous Goods) shipping protocols (IMDG/IATA) and BIS/MNRE guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 5 to 10 years in Import/Export management strictly within Solar, Renewable Energy, or Electronics manufacturing.
- Skills: Exceptional operational coordination, deep understanding of INCOTERMS 2020, and a proven track record of reducing landed costs and logistics overheads.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
