Core Responsibilities

- Client Consultation and Guidance: Communicate with clients to understand their immigration needs, assess their eligibility for various programs (e.g., work permits, permanent residency, citizenship), and advise them on the appropriate pathways and requirements.

- Documentation and Application Management: Assist clients in gathering, preparing, reviewing, and submitting accurate and complete application forms and supporting documents to government agencies like USCIS or the Department of State.

- Compliance and Research: Stay up-to-date on changing immigration laws, policies, and procedures, ensuring all cases meet legal and ethical standards. Conduct thorough research to navigate complex or unique client situations.

- Case Monitoring and Communication: Track the progress of applications, provide regular updates to clients, handle inquiries and concerns, and manage case timelines to meet strict deadlines.

Key Qualifications

- Experience: Approximately 2 years in immigration (Travel Industry) coordination, case management, or a high-volume customer service role is typically necessary,



with experience in specific European and global immigration processes (e.g., Study visas, Job Visa, permanent residency) highly valued.

- Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.

- Exceptional attention to detail and solid organizational skills for managing extensive paperwork.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex legal concepts clearly and interact with diverse clients.

- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify solutions within legal frameworks.

- Proficiency in immigration case management software (e.g., LawLogix, INSZoom) and standard office productivity suites.

- Empathy and cultural sensitivity to support clients through stressful processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,760.32 - ₹65,792.43 per month
