We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Identity Support Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting capabilities with exceptional customer communication skills, enabling effective resolution of complex identity and access-related challenges for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage customer-reported issues related to Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Identity services, ensuring timely resolution and an outstanding support experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity synchronization issues.
- Lead investigations for critical incidents (Sev1/Sev2), perform root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for escalations.
- Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations to customers on identity security, governance, and access management.




- Drive end-to-end case ownership with proactive communication, stakeholder management, and customer advocacy.
- Flexibility to work in a 24x7 rotational support environment.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Identity & Access Management.
- Expertise in Authentication, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Conditional Access.
- In-depth knowledge of RBAC, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Access Reviews, and Privileged Access Governance.
- Experience with App Registrations, Enterprise Applications, Service Principals, and Managed Identities.
- Strong understanding of Entra Connect, Cloud Sync, and hybrid identity synchronization.
- Knowledge of B2B Collaboration, External Identities, and cross-tenant access scenarios.
- Proven troubleshooting experience with AADSTS errors, account lockouts, MFA challenges, provisioning issues, and identity lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in analysing Sign-in, Audit, and Diagnostic Logs using KQL/Kusto.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Microsoft Graph for automation and administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments and mission-critical workloads.
