About the Role

Paragon Ventures Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Hygiene & Safety professional to join our growing team in Kannur and Kozhikode.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food hygiene, workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance across our operations. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards across the workplace.
- Conduct regular hygiene and safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety requirements.
- Identify potential health, hygiene, and safety risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor cleaning, sanitation, waste management, and personal hygiene practices.
- Maintain hygiene and safety records, checklists, and inspection reports.
- Conduct basic training and awareness sessions for staff on hygiene and safety procedures.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with management and operational teams to ensure consistent compliance.




- Support internal inspections and audits as required.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in Hygiene, Food Safety, Quality, Health & Safety, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and workplace safety practices.
- Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with operational teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Candidates with relevant certifications or qualifications in food safety/hygiene will be preferred.
