? Hiring: HVAC Engineer – Mechanical

Experience:

- Mid-Level: 4–7 Years
- Senior: 8+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced HVAC Engineers to handle the mechanical scope of US building projects, including HVAC design, load calculations, equipment selection, Revit modeling, construction documentation, coordination, and construction administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform heating & cooling load calculations using HAP / Trane Trace .

• Design and size ductwork and hydronic piping as per ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.

- Design ventilation systems and ensure thermal comfort requirements.

• Prepare HVAC construction documents and coordinated drawings using Revit MEP .

• Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection teams using Navisworks .

- Handle RFIs, plan-check comments, vendor submittals and construction support.
- Prepare mechanical specifications and support project delivery through SD, DD, CD and CA phases.
- Work with US-based engineering teams and participate in US business-hour overlap.

Required Skills

• B.E.



/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory .

• Solid experience in HVAC Design / MEP Consulting .

• Revit MEP – Mandatory .

- AutoCAD, HAP / Trane Trace.

• Knowledge of US Mechanical Codes and Standards .

• Good understanding of ASHRAE, SMACNA, IMC / UMC and IECC .

- Experience with Navisworks, ComCheck / EnergyPro is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- US or international project experience is highly preferred.

For Senior Engineers

- 8+ years of HVAC design experience.
- Experience leading HVAC/Mechanical teams or acting as a senior technical reviewer.
- Strong experience in QA/QC, technical review, client coordination and construction administration.
