Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within TruIntel Reform Foundation. This full-time, on-site position is based in Preet Vihar and involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define selection criteria.

The recruiter will coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a skilled, inclusive, and compliant hiring process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining recruitment pipelines, using HR and applicant tracking tools, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to employer branding initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission and values.



The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, preparing reports, and participating in HR projects that promote an equitable and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Schedule and manage online and offline interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Coordinate with team leaders/managers regarding hiring requirements
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining
- Support onboarding and other HR recruitment activities

Hybrid Work Structure: The role will involve both Work From Home and Work From Office .

? Office presence will be required whenever:

- Offline hiring/interviews are scheduled
- Candidate walk-ins or placement activities are conducted
- Your presence is specifically required for recruitment activities

? Work From Home can be followed for:

- Virtual candidate sourcing
- Online interviews
- Candidate follow-ups
- Other recruitment activities that can be handled remotely

Requirements: ✔️ Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience

✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills

✔️ Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously

✔️ Comfortable with both online and offline recruitment

✔️ Candidates who can join immediately or within 1–2 days will be preferred
