- Post openings on LinkedIn and job portals.
- Review CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Make screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and keep hiring records updated.
- Help with joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and support daily HR activities.

- Transparent communication and confidence when speaking with candidates.
- Basic understanding of recruitment.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Someone who follows up on time and takes responsibility for their work.
- Availability to work from our Ahmedabad office.
