We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition and support our overall HR operations.

Role Overview

- The HR Manager will primarily lead end-to-end recruitment across onshore & offshore markets, while managing key HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
- Focus on attracting and hiring high-quality talent across IT domain.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent Communication Skills is a MUST.

Qualifications





- Robust experience in recruitment and talent acquisition in IT core technology.
- Experience managing onshore & offshore hiring with usage of tools like LinkedIn or Naukri is MUST.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with leadership, hiring managers, candidates, clients, and recruitment partners.
- Strong Experience in working on atleast one popular HR Tool like Zoho, ATS, WorkDay, KEKA and so forth.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
