Role Description This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based in Vadodara. The HRM will execute & oversee end-to-end Professional Development & HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives and documentation.

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in policy development, HR process design,



implementation and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with HR systems, HRIS tools, and basic data analysis for HR reporting and decision-making.
- Effective communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
- Experience creating and delivering training, development, and employee engagement programs.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
