Manager – Human Resources

Salary - ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Gross), based on experience

1. Expertise in payroll and experience in handling POSH cases. Any course/ certification in good is preferred.
2. Ensure full statutory & labour law compliance
3. Drive POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance — constitute and run the Internal Committee
4. Manage the complete employee lifecycle — induction, onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisal, and exit / full & final settlement formalities
5. Oversee payroll inputs, salary administration, attendance & leave management
6. Expertise in handling HRMS, attendance system, PMS.
