Key Responsibilities• Manage the complete employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement and exit processes

- Lead talent acquisition and hiring across multiple departments
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and employee guidelines
- Manage employee performance, KPIs, appraisals and career development
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and compliance requirements
- Work closely with management and department heads on workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive company culture
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and other HR operations
- Support organizational development and training initiatives




- Ensure HR policies are consistently implemented across teams

What We’re Looking For✅ 2–4 years of relevant HR experience

✅ Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

✅ Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven organization

✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
