? Experience: 2–6 Years

? CTC: ₹10 LPA (Fixed)

? Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

? Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Drive Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Manage PMS, KRA, KPI & Performance Reviews
- Lead Training & Employee Development initiatives
- Manage HRMS, HR MIS & HR Analytics
- Ensure Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
- Drive Employee Engagement & Employee Relations

? Preferred Profile





✅ Experience in MSME / Manufacturing / Engineering organizations preferred

✅ Strong HR Operations & People Management experience

✅ Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills

✅ High ownership with strong execution capabilities
