Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support Lakshya Venture’s HR operations in a remote internship role. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

The intern will help coordinate onboarding activities, gather information on employee benefits, and assist with personnel management tasks such as scheduling, basic HR communication, and data entry. The role may also involve research on best HR practices,



preparing reports, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to HR processes in a startup consulting environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and understanding of Employee Advantages.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee-related processes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools.
- Interest in startups, consulting, and learning about HR practices in dynamic business environments.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
