Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records management in a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role will coordinate recruitment activities, support hiring managers, and assist with interviews and selection processes.

The Human Resources

Executive will help implement and communicate HR policies, handle employee queries, and support performance management and engagement initiatives. The position will also involve addressing employee relations matters,



supporting compliance with labor laws and company standards, and preparing HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and experience in HR Management.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR data management.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and ability to support policy implementation and compliance.
- Experience handling Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee support.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance relevant to HR practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate fairness, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an HR executive or similar role is preferred.
