Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations to support a high-performance and people-focused culture at Air Paradise. This is a full time, on-site role based in Naraina Vihar Delhi.

Responsibilities include administering HR processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, and onboarding. The role will help implement and communicate HR policies, coordinate performance management cycles, and support training and development initiatives.

Executive will also handle employee queries, assist in resolving workplace concerns, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and collaborate with management on engagement and retention activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support the full employee lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS use, payroll coordination, and leave/attendance management.
- Ability to manage Employee Relations professionally, addressing concerns, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, and the capacity to help implement, update, and communicate them clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulatory compliance relevant to the Ghaziabad/India region.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools; experience in the travel or hospitality sector is a plus.

Nice to Have Prior Experience in Travel and Tourism Industry.
