Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at ATF Tyres’ facility in Jalandhar. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support workforce planning to meet manufacturing and operational needs. Daily responsibilities include partnering with department heads on staffing and development, managing employee relations and grievance handling,



coordinating training and development programs, and maintaining accurate HR records and metrics. The role also involves leading initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, health and safety awareness, and continuous improvement in HR processes to support a productive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, HR policies, and best practices in workplace health, safety, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and the ability to build trustful relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR software, MS Office, and data-driven reporting for HR metrics and workforce planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR projects, drive process improvements, and support change management initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar, with a hands-on, collaborative approach and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory HR practices.
