HR Operations Associate | 8-10 Years | Chennai

Hiring an experienced HR Operations qualified to own offer management, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement for mid to senior-level hiring at a leading global bank's captive centre. If you excel at closing negotiations, winning back hesitant candidates, and driving offer-to-join conversions, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end offer management for mid to senior-level hiring mandates.
2. Drive compensation discussions and salary negotiations, balancing business needs with candidate expectations.
3. Partner with Talent Acquisition teams and business leaders on compensation fitment and offer approvals.
4. Manage offer release, acceptance, and pre-joining governance across multiple business functions.
5. Build engagement strategies to improve offer-to-join conversion and reduce joiner drop-offs.
6. Proactively manage joining risks, counteroffers, delays, and candidate concerns.
7. Act as the primary escalation point for offer-related issues and negotiations.
8. Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and audit controls.

Requirements:

1.



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations, Offer Management, Compensation Coordination, or Talent Acquisition Operations.
3. Strong hands-on experience in salary negotiations and offer management.
4. Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
