Job Overview-Nimbix Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR intern to join our recruitment team. The intern will gain practical experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing ,screening interview coordinate and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities-

. source candidates through job portals, Linkedin, soucal media ,and other recruitment channels.

. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

. Contact candidates and explain available job opportunities.

. Coordinate and Schedule interview with candidates.

. Maintain candidates records and recruitment databases.

.Assist the HR team with daily recruitment activities.

. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

. Meet assigned recruitment target and timelines.

.



Maintain professional communication with candidates.

### Skillls Required-

. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

. Ability to communicate confidently with candidates .

. Good organizational and follow up skills.

. Basic computer and MS office knowledge.

. Willingness to learn and work in a target- oriented enivironment .

### Eligibility-

. Any Graduate /MBA HR / BBA/ B.com /BCA / Equivalent.

. Freshers and students interested in HR and recruitment can apply .
