Role & responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to on boarding, ensuring a smooth and productive hiring experience.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate and conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.
