About the Role

Competitors View is looking for motivated and people-oriented candidates to join our team in an HR role. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, candidate coordination, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding and other HR-related activities.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different teams as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates over phone and online platforms.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior HR/recruitment experience or internship experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Candidate Candidates based in Delhi / Delhi NCR will be preferred, although the role is primarily remote.
