HR Executive

About The Role

This role is for someone who enjoys every part of the employee journey: hiring, onboarding, engagement, and everything in between.

At Social

Pill, you will hire, onboard, and support real people on a real team, working under real deadlines across recruitment, HR operations, and engagement.

You'll work closely with the HR lead, co-founders, and Reporting Managers to keep our people processes smooth and our team engaged.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and confident in handling multiple stakeholders while keeping employee information confidential.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Source candidates, screen resumes, and run first-level screening.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and share weekly hiring updates.

Onboarding & Documentation

- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents.
- Run joining formalities and ensure every new joiner has a smooth first week.
- Keep employee records accurate in our HRMS.

HR Operations

- Maintain attendance, leave,



and employee data.
- Answer employee queries on policies and perks.

Engagement & Culture

- Plan and execute team activities, celebrations, and events.
- Draft HR communications and announcements.

Exits

- Coordinate exit formalities, including exit interviews and clearances.

Requirements

- 1 year of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
- Has worked on Keka HRMS or any other similar platform.
- Strong written and spoken communication.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Agency or startup experience is a plus.

What We're Offering Social Pill has spent 7+ years building strong client relationships and creating award-winning work. This role gives you ownership across the core HR functions, direct exposure to the founders and leadership, and room to grow into a senior HR role as the team expands. Based in Andheri West.
