HRBP Intern – Internal Employee & Trainer Engagement byteXL is looking for an enthusiastic HRBP Intern to join our internal People & HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understanding employee concerns, solving problems, and coordinating with different teams.

You will work closely with trainers/educators and internal employees, while gaining exposure to senior business and functional leadership. The role involves trainer feedback, employee engagement, internal HR initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.

This is more than a traditional HR internship—you will get practical exposure to how people, business, and leadership decisions come together in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for trainers/educators and internal employees.
- Regularly connect with trainers to understand their feedback, concerns, challenges, and overall experience.
- Collect, track, analyze, and report trainer and employee feedback.
- Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of people-related concerns.
- Support trainer engagement, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Conduct regular employee/trainer check-ins and maintain proper records.




- Coordinate with TA, Operations, AMs/LDMs, and other internal teams on employee-related requirements.
- Support internal HR initiatives and employee experience programs.
- Prepare basic reports, trackers, and MIS related to employee and trainer engagement.

Ideal Candidate

- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field is preferred.
