Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Production to manage HR operations and employee relations at a manufacturing plant. The candidate should have strong experience handling factory workers, blue-collar and white-collar employees, and supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end plant HR operations for production employees, including blue-collar workers, white-collar staff, and supervisors.

- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, absenteeism, and workforce-related issues on the shop floor.

- Manage industrial relations (IR), contract labour, and coordination with labour contractors.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and factory-related regulations.





- Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, shift-related workforce requirements, and employee engagement activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior experience in Plant HR / Factory HR / HRBP within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or auto components.

- Must have hands-on experience handling factory workers and both blue-collar and white-collar employees.

- Solid knowledge of industrial relations, employee grievance handling, labour law compliance, and contract labour management.
