Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and operational teams on HR matters
- Support manpower planning and recruitment of Kitchen & Service employees
- Handle employee relations, grievances and engagement
- Drive performance management and HR initiatives
- Support training & development programs attendance.
- Monitor employee lifecycle activities, attendance and HRMS
- Prepare HR MIS and analyse manpower, attrition and engagement data
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes
