About the Role

We are looking for an HR Trainer / Mentor with 1–2 years of practical experience to conduct online training sessions and mentor our interns.

The trainer will help learners understand core HR functions and develop practical skills required to work effectively in a professional HR environment.

This is a flexible part-time opportunity requiring only 2 hours per week, making it suitable for HR professionals, HR consultants, recruiters, HR generalists, and industry practitioners who enjoy teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 2 hours of online HR training per week.
- Explain HR concepts and processes in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
- Provide practical knowledge of:

- Sourcing & Screening Candidates
- Interview Coordination & Candidate Management
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

- Performance Management
- HR Policies & Workplace Practices
- Payroll & Basic Compensation Concepts
- HR Documentation & Records
- HR Analytics & Reporting
- HR Tools, Excel & HR Technology
- Use real-world HR examples and case studies during sessions.




- Guide learners through practical HR assignments and scenarios.
- Conduct mock interviews and recruitment exercises where relevant.
- Help learners understand professional communication and workplace practices.
- Address learner questions and provide constructive feedback.
- Introduce learners to relevant HR tools, technologies, and current industry practices.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Operations, or a related field.
- Good understanding of core HR processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain HR concepts clearly to beginners.
- Practical experience with recruitment or HR operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and HR/ATS tools is an advantage.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable conducting online training sessions.
