Key responsibilities
1. Sourcing candidates through job portals, local networks, bulk hiring, campus hiring.
2. Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
3. Coordinate with operations/hiring manager to understand work force requirements.
4. Maintain a database of workers and tracking hiring status.
5. Support onboarding and documentation process.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
