1. Take clients briefing/coordinating with HR Head to understand technical skill requirements, shift logistics, team structure, etc.
2. Screen candidates accurately as per our clients requirement.
3. Multi channel sourcing: find candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, freelancers, industrial worker database, local trade networks and technical/ ITI/ polytechnic campus drive.
4. Evaluate resume and conduct initiate screening to match core requirement.
5. Verify educational degree, technical certifications, previous employment proof & identity proof, etc.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
