We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
- Prepare and publish job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic or online interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads/management.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle salary discussions and offer coordination as per company guidelines.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and joining-related communication.
- Coordinate candidate documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.




- Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.
- Maintain records of selected, rejected, pending, and joined candidates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate with colleges, placement agencies, consultants, and other hiring sources when required.

Qualification Education: BBA / MBA-HR / MHRM / Any Graduate with relevant HR knowledge

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
