Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate salary discussions, documentation, and offer letters.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.




- Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.
- Experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
