Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience, primarily focused on candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using recruitment portals and handling candidates throughout the initial hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, skills, communication, notice period, CTC and job interest.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain daily sourcing and screening reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.




- Understand job requirements and identify relevant profiles accordingly.
- Ensure regular follow-up with candidates until the interview process is completed.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit or similar portals.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with strong IT / Non-IT recruitment sourcing experience.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
