Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year

Location: Camp, Pune

Salary: 15,000/- to 20,000/-

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
- Understand job requirements, prepare JDs, and post job vacancies on Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai, Shine & LinkedIn.
- Ability to search, shortlist, and collect relevant candidate data from above mentioned job portals.
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Conduct resume screening and HR/telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer preparation, CTC explanation, offer release and Admin related work.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and onboarding.




- Collect and verify joining documents and maintain accurate employee/recruitment records.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring status reports.
- Build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
