Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Managing job postings and employer branding efforts.
- Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Creating offer letters, salary structures, and experience letters.
- Ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process.
Requirements:
- MBA/PG in HR or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office & HR software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
