We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities across the complete employee lifecycle—from manpower planning and recruitment to joining, onboarding, attendance, employee records, HR administration, and exit formalities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, good knowledge of HR processes, excellent documentation abilities, and the ability to work effectively with employees, department managers, candidates, and management.

Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent documentation and record-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive approach with good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
An MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Experience
1–4 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Recruitment, or Generalist HR.
Candidates with hands-on experience in recruitment along with HR operations and employee lifecycle management will be preferred.
