Position: HR Statutory / HR Compliance Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR statutory and labour law compliance activities.
- Maintain and ensure timely compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, and required documentation within deadlines.
- Maintain accurate employee statutory records and compliance registers.
- Coordinate with government departments, labour authorities, and external consultants when required.
- Support labour law inspections, audits, and statutory verification.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and ensure necessary updates in company processes.
- Coordinate with payroll and HR teams to ensure statutory deductions and contributions are accurate.
- Maintain proper documentation for employee onboarding, exits, and statutory compliance.




- Prepare compliance reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance across applicable company locations and establishments.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR Statutory / HR Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Practical experience in PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and related compliances.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and HR/payroll systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage statutory deadlines independently.

Preferred: Experience handling statutory compliance for a multi-location organization. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
