Role Description The HR Manager at Radisson Khajuraho is a full-time, on-site role based in Khajuraho. This position oversees all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.

The HR Manager will manage HR operations such as payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and maintenance of personnel records, while partnering with department heads to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning. The role includes developing and delivering training programs, managing employee relations and grievance handling, and driving initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and service standards. The HR Manager will also contribute to policy development, ensure adherence to brand guidelines,



and support leadership with HR metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes to build and retain a high-performing hotel team.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and feedback systems to support employee development and productivity.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and workplace policies, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in HR administration, including HRIS usage, record keeping, payroll coordination, and attendance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
- Ability to design and implement training and development programs aligned with service quality and brand standards.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR management role, preferably in hotels or hospitality, and familiarity with international hotel brand practices.
- Comfort working on-site in a dynamic, guest-focused workplace and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
