As we continue to expand our operations and team, we are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage our human resource operations, support & augment the company's linear growth and tragectory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process of the company, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, both Mid-level & Senior Levels simaltaneously.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies based on organizational manpower requirements.
- Handle : Bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment .

Partcipate in Training and Development Programs of the company and conduct them on a case-to-case basis

Coordinate with Senior Management and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies within defined timelines- Mandatory

- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and internal HR guidelines.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace-related concerns professionally.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance reviews and improvement processes.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
- Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for payroll and salary-related HR requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, recruitment reports, and management updates.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and HR procedures.




- Maintain working knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliances of respective states PAN INDIA.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, staffing partners, and consultants wherever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Help build a qualified, disciplined, positive, and performance-driven work culture.

Candidate Profile:

▪︎ Candidates with 3- 5 years of relevant HR experience in Hiring / Recruitment is Mandatory.

▪︎ Immediate joinees only.

▪︎ Strong practical knowledge of recruitment and employee management.

▪︎ Working knowledge of Tax deductions , labour laws and statutory compliances.

▪︎ Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle management.

▪︎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

▪︎ Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

▪︎ Abiility to independently manage day-to-day HR operations.

▪︎ Good organizational and time-management skills.

▪︎ Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HR-related tools.

▪︎ Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

▪︎ Strong decision-making and people-management skills.

- Only Candidates with prior experience in Recruitment, Contract Staffing, Bulk Hiring, with will be given preference.
- Must be open to travel as and when required for client meetings.

Salary & Compensation

▪︎ Salary and compensation will comensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, capabilities, and the company's CTC structure and is not a bar for the right candidate.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
