HR MANAGER Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- MBA/PG in HR is an added advantage.

Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership/managerial role. Job Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and employee development programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Conduct employee orientation, training, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfil staffing requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management.
