Position: HR Manager

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to manage our day-to-day HR operations and help build a strong, productive, and positive work culture at Fixing Dots.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Manage employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns.
- Coordinate with management and team leads regarding employee performance and HR requirements.
- Monitor employee engagement, discipline, and workplace culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employees with development plans.
- Manage payroll-related coordination and ensure employee information is accurate.
- Prepare HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, employee performance, and other HR metrics.




- Plan and coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and statutory HR requirements.
- Take ownership of HR operations and continuously improve internal processes.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and employee management.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR documentation.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Confident, professional, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work effectively with both employees and management.
