HR Manager

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, compliance, and people-management activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a US night shift environment and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the organization.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for hiring and manpower requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, performance, and HR records.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and motivation initiatives.
- Coordinate performance
- appraisal and employee review processes.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and employee-related documentation.




- Work closely with management on workforce planning and organizational requirements.
- Support disciplinary actions and performance improvement processes when required.
- Organize employee engagement activities, meetings, and internal communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in HR/HR Management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Staffing, US Staffing, Recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
