Role Description The HR Manager at Famveg will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for on-site teams in Bengaluru. This full time, on-site role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs, support organizational development, and drive initiatives that improve retention and workplace culture.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating training and development programs, maintaining HR documentation and HRIS data, overseeing payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance, and supporting health, safety, and welfare initiatives. The role requires close interaction with diverse internal stakeholders and a proactive approach to building a positive, inclusive, and performance-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Experience with performance management, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment and support cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in supply chain, logistics, food services, or technology-driven organizations.
