Job Summary

CIEL HR Services is hiring a Nurse Supervisor for a healthcare opportunity in Navi Mumbai. The role involves supervising field nursing operations, managing a team of approximately 30 field nurses, allocating duties, monitoring service delivery, and handling escalations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage a team of approximately 30 field nurses.
- Allocate daily duties and manage nursing schedules.
- Monitor field nursing activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle patient/service-related escalations and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Track team performance and maintain operational records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to nursing standards, protocols, and organizational processes.
- Support and guide nursing staff in day-to-day activities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and Excel, particularly for data tracking.
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- 7 – ₹9 LPA
- Travel allowance as applicable

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
