Education Qualification: - BBA/ MBA.

Notice Period: - Immediate Joiners or ≤ 30 Days Preferred.

Recruitment, Communication, Negotiation Skill.

People Management Skill, Handling conflicts.

Recruitment -Handling recruitment on all over branches, Profile Screening, First level interaction with applicants, Interview coordination, Coordination with placement agencies, Start to End Recruitment, Salary Negotiation.

On boarding Process -MIS handling, Induction, Preparing & issuing offer, appointment letters.

Off boarding Process - Complete Exit Process, Issuing experience & relieving letters.

Job Key Responsibilities: -

Understand JD, Sourcing CV for open requirements from various channels, Send email to HR agency about open positions,



Ensure that all agency use only HR portal for submitting CV.

Upload CV in HR portal, HR portal working Modules & Admin module, Purchase module Training.

Work with digital team to update open vacancies on website. Work with digital team for job posting through digital marketing, HR interview of the candidate & HR screening of CV.

Coordination with department for further CV screening and interviews. Prepare salary comparison, Salary negotiation, Prepare offer letter, Employee confirmation letter & appointment letter, User creation, Employee onboarding, document collection and Induction.

Process agency invoice, Identify current HR agency and get those registered through Central HR.

Giving plant access to employees, Employee Exit Process & formalities through HR portal.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
