Herline Globals Pvt

Ltd is a growing startup and newly launched brand focused on developing and delivering high-quality women's sanitary and hygiene products. As an emerging organization, we are building a dynamic team dedicated to improving women's health, hygiene, and accessibility through innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for salon and support staff.
- Oversee payroll management, attendance, and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Handle employee relations, performance management,



and disciplinary actions.
- Implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
- Support management in manpower planning, retention strategies, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3+years above of experience in HR management, preferably in the service or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of Labour Law, payroll systems, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Fluency in Hindi (Mandatory)
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (Mandatory)
- Willingness to travel
