Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.

- Understand the and role requirements to identify and attract suitable candidates.

- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders.

- Manage and support a wide range of HR Generalist activities, including perks, HR systems, payroll, and Rewards & Recognition.

- Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, exits, confirmations, payroll inputs, compliance and related HR processes.

- Act as the HR SPOC for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Support employee counselling, grievance management, and disciplinary actions, as required.

- Work closely with the HR Business Partner to implement the performance management process for respective teams.

- Plan and coordinate fun-at-work activities and communicate meetings, and other HR engagement initiatives.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at different levels.

- A proactive, responsible, and collaborative team player with a genuine passion for HR.

Mandatory Skills

- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment.

- Good understanding of HR Generalist functions and practices.
