An HR & compliance officer in a construction company is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and for managing employee resources. Responsibilities.

- Compliance
- Develop and implement compliance programs
- Identify and manage legal risks
- Create, enforce, and review company policies
- Conduct compliance audits and prepare reports
- Lead investigations into compliance breaches

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field




- Additional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)

- Understanding of the construction industry and the challenges faced by field employees
- Ability to create strategies and process improvements
- Ability to work with HR and business teams to implement recommendations
