Experience: 02 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Preferred: MBA/PGDM in HR

Industry Preference: IT / ITES / Corporate Services

Key Responsibilities

- Managing HR dashboards, trackers and reports
- Preparing MIS and consolidating HR data
- Supporting presentations and employee engagement activities
- Maintaining HR documentation and records
- Coordinating meetings, inductions and follow-ups
- Supporting HR operations and stakeholder coordination
- Assisting in the smooth execution of People & Culture initiatives

Key Skills

- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Dashboards
- MS PowerPoint & MS Office
- MIS preparation and reporting
- Data analysis and report consolidation
- Valuable written & verbal communication
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Excellent documentation and attention to detail
